How did you get started in your field?
I began my career in a technology field but quickly realized I was drawn to human behavior. I made a career shift to soft skills and leadership development, then later added executive coaching. My tag line is “My satisfaction is in your success.” I love helping leaders increase their effectiveness and impact.

What is a piece of advice you would share with emerging professionals?
Don’t settle. Know your strengths and passion, and always strive for the next best version of yourself. Engage experienced leaders and practitioners. They are always willing to help emerging professionals.

What excites you most about the topic you will be sharing at the conference?
Emotional Intelligence is at the foundation of effective relationships. I am excited about sharing the four key aspect of EI, along with the techniques for improving EI. I have seen the positive impact of increased EI and am looking forward to equipping others to foster that same positive impact.
