Suzanne Burgei
Director, HR Development & Technology, UC Health


Suzanne Burgei is the Director of HR Development and Technology at UC Health in Cincinnati, Ohio. During her distinguished career in training and development and human resource systems, Suzanne has led many large corporate training initiatives and managed HR system implementations focusing on talent management. Suzanne serves on the Blue Ash branch and Metro boards of the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati. She is a past board member for both the Junior League of Cincinnati and Greater Cincinnati Association for Talent Development. Suzanne holds a M.Ed. in Corporate Training from Jones International University and a B.S. in Applied Science from Miami University.

AJ Clinkenbeard
Former Director of Education and Employee Experience, Hair Club

AJ Clinkenbeard brings 20 years of management experience from retail sales and inside sales organizations. In addition, he's served as a trainer and talent development leader throughout most of his career. For the last 12 years, he's been with Hair Club and has served in a variety of capacities with notable achievements in process improvement and client retention. Currently, he is focusing on his own consulting firm, Brightside Advisers, specializing in executive coaching, sales and business development and training needs.

He focuses on organizational development through the design of behavioral based competency development trainings, curriculums, and strategies that drive complete employee life cycle success.

Beth O'Keefe

Head of Talent Management & Development, Munich Re, US


Beth O’Keefe is the Head of Talent Management & Development for the Munich Re U.S. Region, where she leads a team of experts to deliver training and talent solutions for 5500 employees. She has been with Munich Re/American Modern for 10.5 years, sitting in various HR/Training roles during that time. She currently serves as an HR advisor on the Munich Re Diversity & Inclusion Council for the US, is a member of the Global HR Innovation Task Force, the executive sponsor for the American Modern Working Parents ERG, and serves on the Board of Advisors for the Cincinnati chapter of the Association for Talent Development.
