About Christina Heilig

Christina Heilig is a learner-centric senior instructional designer and e-learning developer who strives to design and implement practical and effective learning experiences and solutions. She is experienced in the higher education, financial, software, insurance, and nonprofit realms and is based in Cincinnati.

Christina earned a master’s of education with emphases in instructional technology and human performance improvement from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. In addition, she holds a post-baccalaureate certificate in web-based learning. Christina is a member of the Association of Talent Development (ATD) as well as member and conference planning committee member of the Greater Cincinnati Association of Talent Development (GCATD). Last summer she became certified as an Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) and this summer will begin teaching her first online graduate instructional design course at her alma mater.

Christina is passionate about knowledge-sharing with others in the instructional design and talent development spheres and values appropriate transparency. She has a growing interest in women helping women navigate their career journeys, as well as assisting military veterans with their transition to civilian employment.
