What 3 words describe you best, personally or professionally?
Authentic, spirited, mom

What did you want to be when you grew up? OR If you didn't do what you do now, what profession would you choose?
Growing up I wanted to be a lawyer or an actor. If I didn’t do this work now, I would choose to teach communication courses to college kids. At the very beginning of my career I had the opportunity to teach public speaking and interviewing to college kids, and it was some of the most meaningful work I’ve done.

What excites you most about the topic you will be sharing at the conference?
I get passionate about a learning culture, because it enables organizations. The transformation to a learning culture requires intention (in strategy and investments), and the payoff is enormous.
