Consultants Forum: Solving (Your) Problems

  • Forum meetings focus on topics relevant to participants, workplace learning and performance, general business related issues and work/life balance. Some meetings are open discussions. Others have a focused topic including book discussions or with a subject matter expert, often a Forum member.

For 2015, the Consultant Forum theme is “Solving (Your) Problems.” 

Each month, the meeting will focus on a specific problem or issue, whether current or past, brought forward by one of the participants. Through questioning and comments, the group will then help explore options or comment on strategies selected.

To begin the process, please come to the next meeting armed with a brief story of a business challenge you faced in the past.

Include what the key issues were, how you addressed it, and your thought process in deciding how to proceed. Of course, if you’re facing a current challenge, the group will stand ready to ask questions that help you think through the situation. All discussions are confidential.
