"Virtual" is a term used quite a bit in the learning and development space. But what does it really mean in terms of an actual training deliverable? Is it just a face to face course facilitated with persons across various geographies? Are the facilitation techniques, skills and competencies the same?

At the next breakfast meeting, we'll talk about the key challenges (weeds) and best practices for success (cloud) with virtual training and facilitation.

The session will be delivered by our VP of Professional Development, Michele P. Miller. There will be a follow up webinar in June highlighting  tools for virtual learning, specifically working with a virtual learning environment.

Learning Objectives:
  • Define Virtual Training
  • Distinguish between successful and unsuccessful virtual deliverables
  • Determine best practices for great virtual sessions
  • Identify traits of engaging virtual facilitators
