Chapter Dinner Meeting: Creating the Environment for Your Employees’ Success

In celebration of National Employee Well Being Month, join us as our facilitators discuss why and how healthy company cultures drive employee productivity and engagement. 

Members were given the opportunity to complete a Workplace Stress assessment. Members who completed the survey received a copy of their report and they will not be identified.

The participants’ survey results will be consolidated into a group report which will be discussed during the program. The session will wrap up by sharing local employer stories on how they are enhancing the health of their organization.

Learning objectives:

  • Describe how the work environment affects employee energy and retention
  • Demonstrate the value of individual and organizational diagnostics
  • Discuss employer approaches for enhancing the workplace environment

Facilitators:
 
Cheri MillerCheri A. Miller, MS is the director of the Wellness Division at The Christ Hospital Health Network. She has over twenty years of experience in instruction of fitness, health, wellness, physical education and injury prevention classes in healthcare, rehabilitation, corporate and academic settings. She has been with The Christ Hospital for 14 years. Cheri enjoys working with companies to find ways to challenge and mentor their staff to incorporate wellness activities and to build a culture to embrace all aspects of wellness: physical, financial, spiritual and emotional.    
 
Gail LoveGail J. Love, M.Ed., SPHR, RCC is retiring Director of Organizational Development at Hydro Systems Co., providing Human Resource support services in the areas of change management, team effectiveness, organizational development, and leadership development. Gail has more than 35 years of training and education experience in leadership and employee development, teambuilding, and coaching. She has had 27 years of health care experience and directed a Department of Education. 
 
Kerry LoefflerKerry Loeffler is Business Coach & Consultant at Talent Trust, a talent development firm. Services provided include strategic planning, leadership development, executive coaching and job benchmarking for employee selection, career development and succession planning. Previous to founding Talent Trust, Kerry was Human Resources Vice President of the Greater Cincinnati Health Council, a regional healthcare association.
