Dayton Group Breakfast Meeting: Learn How to Positively Impact the Culture of Your Organization

Come join us for the re-launch of the Dayton Group of GCATD. We are excited to provide Dayton-area practitioners of training and development a structured way to share ideas and best practices regarding talent development within their organizations.

The first session will feature best practices from CareSource University. This highly interactive session will provide participants with the opportunity to positively impact the culture of their organization using Barry Heermann’s Team Spirit Spiral. The Team Spiral is an excellent means of coalescing a team that has added new members, has a new leader, has significant changes in workflow, process or procedure, or is experiencing challenges in trust or communication. It is also excellent for creating large scale goals and team professional development.

The subject matter experts for this session will be:

Abel Hernandez is Senior Performance Management Consultant at CareSource. 

He leads leadership development programs for high potential staff, facilitates the performance management processes and numerous OD activities.

Jackie Smith is VP, CareSource University.

CSU is responsible for all talent development at CareSource including on-boarding, interpersonal skills training, leadership development, coaching, succession planning, mentoring, performance management and technical manual writing. In 2015, CSU offered over 200,000 learning hours. CSU has been named to the Training 125 Top Training Organizations for the past 7 years.

All Dayton ATD Sessions will be facilitated by Bob Riess. He is the Training Manager at A.M. Leonard in Piqua, where he is responsible for developing and delivering hands-on learning for the organization's continued growth.
