Chapter Dinner Meeting: Using Prosci for a Large Scale Change - A Case Study

At this month's dinner meeting, facilitator Sarah Sontheimer presents a case study where Prosci's change management methodology was applied to a large scale Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation. 

Ms. Sontheimer's employer, Nationwide Financial, implemented Salesforce.com and used change management practices from the start of the  project. We will:

• understand how assessments help us understand the current state of change readiness, 
• hear how partnerships with communication and training are vital to success and 
• learn how we used regular ADKAR pulse checks to stay connected to our stakeholders.

About the facilitator
Sarah Sontheimer has been with Nationwide for two years, working in Organizational Change Management (OCM) for Large Programs in IT and consulting on change efforts related to Vision 2020 from the BTO. 

Prior to joining Nationwide, Sarah spent most of her career in the gaming industries of St. Louis, MO, Shreveport, LA and Las Vegas, NV in training & development, customer analytics, and mergers and acquisitions. 

Sarah also spent time as the Director of Brand Experience for the St. Louis Convention and Visitor's Commission, changing the way employees of the city interacted with visitors to the area. 

She holds a Master's Degree in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University. Sarah is an active member of Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and Capital City Organization Development Network (CCODN). She's happy to root for the Buckeyes, but will always be a St. Louis Cardinals fan.
