  • For managers, leaders, and others who influence performance within their workforce by providing coaching. SIG attendees share ideas, develop coaching skills and build relationships with like-minded coaching colleagues.

As coaches, we do not necessarily like them, but they often do have to happen if we are truly working in the best interests of our client. 

Laurie Althaus will facilitate the discussion of how we have difficult conversations. The goal is to share, motivate and learn from each other's perspective. Some topics on the agenda:

  • How do you know a difficult conversation needs to happen?
  • What are the best ways to approach the conversation in a non threatening way?
  • What are coaches personal obstacles to having that conversation and how do you move through that?
  • What are some outcomes of having the conversation?

Please come and learn and share so we can all be better for each other and our clients.
