Coaching clients who experience stress, resulting in lack of focus and results, can be redirected by learning some simple mind management tools. Simple paradigm shifts in thinking can have a significant impact on client and coach success. On a purely practical level, using the principles of “neuro-plasticity” (the brain's ability to change and adapt), and Mindfulness practices, have a powerful process that gets to the “meat” of personal change.

In this SIG, facilitated by Katie Hoffman, President and Founder of StressLess Workshops, we will have an open discussion exploring ways the Neuroscience can lead to more successful coaching outcomes. Some of the topic to explore are:

1. Knowledge is Power

2. Emotions are Essential for Decision-Making

3. You’re Hard Wired for Change

4. It’s your Amygdala speaking (fight or flight)

5. To the Brain, Me is We

Katie HoffmanKatie Hoffman is the President and Director of StressLess LLC, a results driven company that is dedicated to increasing the ability of individuals to manage their thought process and to provide organizations a measurable and lasting value through the use of mindfulness and neuro learning.

Katie is the creator of the 28 day StressLess Core Curriculum; a program that blends some of the key principles from the growing field of neuroscience. One of the greatest benefits, for many clients, is the realization that they can shift their thoughts and feelings and thus change behavior. This emerging science has become a real “game changer” in the coaching field.
