Organizational Development (OD) SIG: Big Data Organizations

This month we will be discussing Big Data in Organizations. Organizations on the forefront (think Google, Spotify, Amazon) of using complex algorithms to understand their users’ wants and needs to curate and personalize their online experiences. Organizations can utilize similar algorithms to understand the wants and needs of their employees to improve job satisfaction, enhance productivity, and engage employees in new ways.
