So often when a manager or a team is having a problem in the organization or the manager is trying to "fix" an employee, they KNOW if we just found / provided the right training all would be well. How do we respond? How do we find a way to consult / assess / evaluate / propose a solution?

What ELSE might work better? Come to the November 16 Learning Leaders Forum to share and hear other creative and courageous ways of responding to the request (demand) for training. Bring your best story and solution!
