About Noele Williams
Noele Williams is President of InterPro Teambuilding Systems/INSPIRE. She began her career in management at Procter & Gamble, then served as a senior consultant with a cultural diversity training firm; founded InterPro in 1991.

Her experience includes coaching high-level executives, building cross-functional teams and improving work processes in industries such as Manufacturing, Insurance, Consumer Products, Automotive, Biotech, Transportation, Pharmaceutical, and Higher Education.
