Most professionals these days find it difficult to balance the demands of their work with the need to focus on their own growth and development, but those in service or support roles, such as L&D, are especially challenged.

Because leading the charge on growing others is the nature of the job, along the way, we can lose the capacity to lead ourselves toward growth. Join us on February 19th, and you’ll learn how to apply the Personal Wisdom Model© to your career and your life, leading you from the ordinary to the extraordinary.

Learning Objectives: Engaging in this session will allow participants to find meaningful answers to:

  • What is personal leadership and why is it critical to my role?
  • How will I know when I am successful at personal leadership?
  • How do I treat personal leadership as a process vs. an event, and how can I build my skills step by step?
  • What are the results of practicing personal leadership, and what should I expect as I continue to strengthen my skills?
