Research shows that emotional intelligence, which are personal and social competencies, can make the difference between an average and a high performer, and the difference between a manager and an authentic leader. It is even a better predictor of occupational success than IQ. In today’s economy and demanding work environments, these skills can help you successfully manage your own career and heighten your performance.

Lisa Kappesser will define emotional intelligence, share its importance and guide you to an increased awareness of EQ for yourself and in your role or position.
