Setting the stage for a successful working relationship is critical for anyone who provides services to a client, whether internal or external.

The process of setting all the parameters for a given project (who does what by when, what are we trying to accomplish, how will we know we’ve succeeded, etc.)  is called “contracting,” whether or not there is an actual legal document produced.

Our discussion this month will focus on this process, highlighting successful approaches, lessons learned, and pitfalls to avoid. The goal, of course, is customer/client satisfaction that results in perceived value to the organization (internal) and repeat business (external/internal). Come join the conversation!
