Organizational Development (OD) Forum: The LifeLaunch Model

Presented by Mary Jo Payne, this session focuses on a life-management coaching model developed by Frederic Hudson, founding father of the Fielding Institute, the Hudson Institute, and protégé’ to Abraham Maslow.

Participants will be introduced to four life quadrants and led through exercises to demonstrate the transformational journey of life. Participants will not only walk away with an understanding of the model, an experience from an exercise but also with, a language for which they can explain the emotional ups and downs of life itself. They will feel both renewed and calmed as they claim their place in the model and develop strategies to move in and about the model as they so choose.

About Mary Jo Payne
Mary Jo was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH and holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Development from the Union Institute, Cincinnati, OH, a Master Certification in Coaching and Mentoring from The Hudson Institute, Santa Barbara, CA., and a M. Ed. in Human Resource Development from Xavier University, Cincinnati and a Advanced Facilitator Certification from the University of Phoenix.  She currently manages the School of Business for the University of Phoenix local campus located here in West Chester, Ohio as well as teaches locally and online. Mary Jo has over 25 years of experience as an Organizational Development Consultant, HR Manager, Corporate Trainer, Life and Executive Coach working for profit, non-profit, and government organizations.

The purpose of the OD Forum is to provide discussion and learning experiences for OD practitioners and change agents who have the passion and perseverance to make organizations better.
