Learning Leaders Forum: Introductory Meeting with New Conveners, Beth Robinson and Kim Elliott!

Welcome to the September Learning Leaders Forum hosted by our new conveners, Beth Robinson and Kim Elliott. 

The planned agenda is two-fold:

1) Spend a little time reviewing the results of the forum survey and finalizing the goals/topics for the next three meetings through December (through mid-year).

2) Discuss and share ideas about the importance of continuously developing ourselves as Learning Leaders: Why is this important?  What have people found to be the best resources/experiences out there? What have people found to be the greatest challenges and generate ideas for how to overcome them?

Learning Leaders is for training managers / directors and learning leaders or anyone who can influence strategy, direction, perception or adoption of training in one's organization.
