In December, we welcome a special corporate panel to discuss for ASTD Learning Week 2013 the concept that effective learning and development is not just a science but there is an “art” to our work as well.

The Art of Effective L&D: Today and Tomorrow features L&D Leaders  from some of Cincinnati’s largest corporations coming together to share their lessons learned and ideas for the future including:

  • How to engage participants in active learning?
  • How to incorporate workforce trends and new technologies in learning strategies?
  • How to ensure that our employees will retain information once they finish our training sessions?
  • How to know what future development will be essential to drive success in our organizations?
  • How to hire the right L&D professionals to bring the art and science to our organizations?
