Napoleon Hill created the concept around 75 years ago with his book, Think and Grow Rich.

A mastermind group is intended to help you navigate through challenges using the collective intelligence of others.

The Coaching Forum is a mastermind group of talent development coaches! We are a group of smart people who meet monthly to tackle challenges and problems together. We come to learn from each other, give advice, share connections and do business with each other.

Your ROI includes gaining practical education on topics such as coaching + facilitation techniques and sales + marketing strategies, as well as the opportunity to gain insight about your individual case studies. The peer-to-peer mentoring also leads to building relationships and forming new friendships.

Kerry Loeffler, business coach + consultant with Talent Trust, will lead the discussion by sharing the benefits she receives from participating in two different mastermind groups.

Facilitator: Kerry Loeffler, Talent Trust
Kerry LoefflerFounder of Talent Trust, Kerry supports an organization's talent management processes with job matching selection and development.  In addition to selection and development services, Kerry's coaching focuses on goal achievement to enhance leadership skills, increase productivity and build customer loyalty. Kerry uses a roadmap (specific development processes) to guide teams in communications and strategic planning. Career assessments are also debriefed when coaching professionals and high school/college students in career development and transition.
