Learning Leaders Forum: Measuring Program Impact

In recent years there has been a lot of discussion about the importance of measuring the value of learning and development to justify the business case for these investments. 

Our April topic will focus on exploring current best practices for measuring program impact.  Specifically we will discuss a new model for measurement currently in development by The Center for Talent Reporting (CTR) called the Talent Development Reporting Principles (TDRp) for measuring outcomes, effectiveness and efficiency. 

In addition to a review of the TDRp Model please come prepared to share what you measure in your organization related to learning and development efforts and your personal experiences with trying to measure program impact.
