Uncovering areas where your expertise can be helpful to your potential internal or external client opens a conversation that leads to your expertise being used. This month’s discussion will focus both on identifying opportunities and being top of mind when your potential clients encounter an issue where you can be helpful.

Business openings can be gleaned from news stories, networking conversations, internal meetings, and hallway conversations.  Following up these “threads of opportunity” will tend to strengthen your relationship.  Strengthened relationships, in turn, will bring you more readily to mind when your services could be useful.

So, come to share your insights and success stories and learn from your peers.
