According to Daniel Pink we are moving out of the information age and into the "Conceptual Age"- where creative thinking will become as essential as logical thinking.

Employees will need skills that will enable them to challenge the status quo and look into the future. Employees will be empowered to seek new growth opportunities.

Learning Agility, Inquiry, Creative Problem Solving, Resilience may become more important than the left brain skills that have enabled success in the past. Are our L&D teams up to the challenge to equip leaders and shape the organization culture that will drive empowerment and growth for the future?

Learning Objectives:

  • Do CLOs see a shift to a "Conceptual Age"?
  • How are their teams leaning into developing skills and competencies for the future?
  • What are the primary competencies imperative for success in all employees for the future?
  • How has technology enabled this shift; and how are corporations leveraging technology to impact L&D?

Join us for a special panel discussion featuring some local leaders in L&D:
