We had a great session last month learning more about conflict. The biggest take away, for me, as the convener, is that conflict is rarely about the situation, conflict is about our reaction to it. How we help clients understand their triggers about the situation and coaching them through it is the key.
This month's SIG is open for sharing challenges and best practices. We may continue the conversation around coaching through conflict or bring your current or ongoing challenge to the group to gain a fresh perspective and perhaps solutions you may not have thought of. We will send additional news and updates on ensuing Tuesdays (the exception may be when we update you about programs, SIGs and events dates).
