December Events Recap
From President Elect, Michele P. Miller

Leading at all Levels - Bob McEwan. The snowy day did not keep members away from the networking and breakfast meeting provided by 84 51. Hooray!

Lisa Kappesser, Senior Consultant at LEI Consulting and EQ Coaching Solutions, LLC and Bob McEwan, owner of Bob McEwan Management Consulting, LLC co-led a 1-hour presentation on the importance of using emotional intelligence in leadership roles. More

Harnessing Your Accomplishments - Dean Waggenspack. Career and Life Coach, Dean Waggenspack led an engaging webinar on "Harnessing Your Accomplishments" in December.

Participants learned to recognize that we do not always clearly describe our accomplishments. Instead, we tend to overestimate what others know about the situation and under communicate what is important to convey. More

Your creations from the session included outlines for A “Geared for Success” onboarding program, A team collaboration tool, A comprehensive career planning guide, An onboarding program that closely mirrors the real questions that new hires have.

Coming Soon: GCATD Directory of
Coaches and Consultants

GCATD is in the process of creating a directory of coaches and consultants that will be made available to companies and other organizations in the Greater Cincinnati area.

The directory will provide an avenue for client organizations to find and select GCATD coaches and consultants. This directory will be valuable to member coaches and external consultants because it would facilitate the use of their expertise. It will also be valuable to internal consultants and professionals as it would help them find people who can provide a different perspective, additional resources and/or complementary expertise. Members of the directory committee include Adam Feiner, Melinda Kelly, and Rhonda Pfaltzgraff-Carlson (pictured)

To participate in the directory's development, come share your perspectives and ideas at the Consultants SIG held on January 6th at Bronte Bistro.
