Is the Future of Training MicroLearning?

The term and practice of Microlearning was discussed at the Learning Leaders SIG. ATD is talking about it too. Enjoy this blog post on the future of learning: small, bite-sized, interactive learning (1-3 minutes) in length. This style of learning especially jives with the younger workforce which is more apt to use technology and media apps. They usually prefer to receive information that is not overwhelming, and get it quickly in their hands. Read the Article

GCATD Directory Update

GCATD is creating an online directory of coaches and consultants so client organizations can find and select GCATD coaches and consultants fairly and easily. The directory committee gathered ideas and recommendations at the recent Consultants and Coaching SIG meetings. Next, the committee will be contacting other ATD chapters to learn from their experience.

If you have suggestions to share, contact one of the members of the directory committee: Adam Feiner (adam@feinercoaching.com), Melinda Kelly (melinda@rightpathenterprises.com), and Rhonda Pfaltzgraff-Carlson (rhonda@harmonymcs.com). The committee will continue to share updates in the newsletter.
