The most important challenges we face today are interdependent – they can only be solved by groups working collaboratively together.
For businesses, governments, organizations and communities to solve current problems and realize new opportunities, leaders must think and act beyond current group boundaries and identities. Successful leaders in today’s fast-paced global work environment must develop the capacity to engage in boundary spanning leadership.
Participate in our next dinner meeting facilitated by Donna Chrobot-Mason, PhD, Associate Professor and Director of the Center for Organizational Leadership at the University of Cincinnati (UC) to identity existing boundaries, understand the leadership challenges such boundaries present, understand a three stage model for leading across boundaries, and much more.

We get to focus on, what I think is the most exciting and critical aspects for the growth and success of any organization, building skills, strengthening talents and preparing for the future needs of every organization.
This September we have many opportunities to connect, collaborate and communicate; informal peer to peer best practice sharing sessions with our SIGS and Dayton GIG, a webinar and a dinner meeting. Save all the dates on your calendars and go to www.gcatd.org to sign up.
And don't forget to register now for EPIC Innovations on October 6th - our annual conference. Always a fun and energizing opportunity to make new acquaintances and to share our learning experiences.
