Compliance training, we all know when our teams hear that the wall goes up. What if instead we could get teams excited about their "required" trainings. In this session, you'll discover creative techniques and practical strategies to make compliance learning fun, interactive, and impactful. Learn how you can spark curiosity, boost participation, and foster knowledge retention through storytelling, and other hands-on activities. Whether you’re a trainer, manager, or team leader, this session will empower you to turn compliance into something your team wants to do, not just has to.

Presented by Cody Messmore, with over 15 years of experience in learning and development with a focus on instructional design, program management, and professional development. Currently he is the L&D Systems Manager at General Electric Credit Union where he leads the design and implementation of various programs including their regulatory compliance training.
