Beth Robinson is the Vice President/Director of Continuous Improvement and Talent Development for Hixson, Inc., a top-ranked Architecture, Engineering & Interior Design firm specializing in GMP Process, Workplace and Science + Technology facility design for Fortune 500 clients throughout North America. In her dual role she is responsible for facilitating annual strategic planning and deployment activities as well as the continued development of Hixson’s Talent Development System, including Hixson University. Her involvement with GCATD began in 2013 as a volunteer Co-Convener for the Learning Leaders SIG which she continued through 2015. Following that experience, she served on the Board of Directors as the 2018 & 2019 GCATD Conference Chair and 2020 & 2021 Conference Marketing Chair. In addition, Beth has served as a former member of the GCATD Executive Advisory Board.
