Established first as a chapter and now merged with the Greater Cincinnati Chapter, the Association for Talent Development, Western Ohio Geographical Interest Group (GIG), has served the education and training community in the greater Dayton area. The Dayton GIG is the “place to be” for Dayton area Training and Talent Development professionals. All of our workshops provide a structured way to share ideas and best practices for Training and Talent development.  In addition, with members in dozens of different positions and companies throughout the Miami Valley, the Dayton Group offers a wide variety of expertise and networking opportunities in Training & Development (T&D).
