      IScott Steeln this highly interactive session, you'll learn how to grab learner’s attention through hands-on leadership activities rather than relying on lecturing or traditional PowerPoint presentations. You’ll walk away with a number of fun, challenging and practical exercises you can immediately use to energize your training sessions, foster better discussions, and ensure your learners are engaged, not just passive listeners.

      ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

      Throughout his career, Scott Steel has led leadership development efforts for a variety of companies including Fifth-Third Bank, Cinergy, Fidelity Investments, and Convergys Corporation. For the last 17 years he has worked at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center designing, developing, and facilitating leadership development programs for physicians, nurses and administrative leaders at all levels of the organization.

      Scott has a BS in Education from Miami University, an MA in Counseling from the University of Cincinnati and an MEd in Human Resource Development from Xavier University. He is certified in a number of human resource development tools including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the HayGroup Emotional and Social Competence Inventory, Human Synergistic’s Organizational Culture and Leadership Style Indicator, and the World Trust “Mirrors of Privilege” program.
