This instructor-led, participant-centered experience will not only provide you with tips and tricks but will also give you the opportunity to share your own ideas and learn from your peers.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Lindsay Tate has over 15 years of experience in adult facilitation and career coaching and is currently the Lead Consultant for Organizational Effectiveness in Workforce Development at Sinclair Community College.
She is passionate about learning and growing not only has professionals, but also as people. Lindsay has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Transylvania University, Master of Science in Education from the University of Dayton, and a Certificate in Training and Facilitation from the Association of Talent Development. She also is a Lifestyles Inventory Leadership Coach, trained in Compression Planning, and has a Certificate in Creative Trainings Techniques from the Bob Pike Group.
