Whether it is a learning, product launch or strategy event, we advocate for designing the experience that truly meets attendees where they are by providing them a unique journey of engagement, reflection, realization, and personal evolution.
When you put people at the center of experience design, there is no one-size-fits-all event approach to achieve a truly connected experience. Yet, whether it be in person, virtual or hybrid, your experience can follow the framework behind Performance Experience Design: designing experiences that change behaviors to achieve results.
During this session, we will leverage the Digital Experience Planning Canvas to help you:
- Establish your next event’s objectives.
- Design the experience while considering how we want people to think, feel, and do at each stage of the “event”.
- Determine what format is best suited to bring the experience to life.
- Identify how you’ll measure success for a memorable, successful experience
