Paul BozikPaul Bozik has a 12 year track record of attaining business goals. Experience in learning and development, change management, organizational design, and talent management. He possesses an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. Talent for quickly stepping into situations to deliver timely results; from implementing enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives, or leading change Initiatives Diplomatic and tactful with internal and external customers at multiple management levels. Gina Ruffin MooreGina Ruffin Moore has more than 15 years of experience in Organizational Development, Communication and Diversity. She is certified in the creation of Job Aids and learning and development, internal/external communication and public speaking (Toastmaster). Gina has a Master’s in Human Resources Development and Training from Xavier University and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Journalism from Ohio University. Her ability to create, develop and audit training along with organizational change are key strong points. Gina serves on the Princeton City School District Board of Education and the Housing Opportunities Made Equal Board. She is married with two adult children. Kim Elliott on LinkedIn
