Talent Development leaders are often asked to help teams clarify priorities, align learning to business needs, and move from activity to impact - yet many struggle with a repeatable approach to guide those conversations.
In this interactive, hands-on session, participants will learn and apply the IMPACT Talent Strategy Framework by working through a practical, team-based approach to designing a clear, focused talent development plan. Participants will experience how the framework can be used to facilitate strategic TD conversations with leaders and teams - helping organizations shift from reactive people efforts to aligned talent strategies that support leadership growth, culture, and business priorities.
Through guided reflection and peer discussion, participants will leave with a working draft talent development plan, along with a practical framework and facilitation approach they can immediately adapt and apply within their own organizations to bring greater clarity, focus, and alignment to talent development efforts.
