Kerry Loeffler founded her leadership coaching firm after serving as vice president of Human Resources at the Greater Cincinnati Health Council, a regional trade association for hospitals and health care providers. In this role, she facilitated collaboration among member organizations to support employee recruitment, retention and education initiatives. Members collaborated on leadership training, conferences, accreditation preparation, group purchasing contracts, and HR benchmark surveys. Kerry is a past president of GCATD and maintains the following certifications: Certified Professional Emotional Quotient Analyst and TriMetrix HD, TTI Success Insights; Certified Meeting Professional Emeritus, The Convention Industry Council; Certified Association Executive, The American Society of Association Executives.
