Brenda Costa serves as the Program Director for Xavier University’s Adult and Professional Education program. Additionally, she adjunct teaches in Wright State University’s Organizational Leadership undergraduate program and their Master of Science in Leadership Development graduate program. Her consulting business, Learn Grow Lead, LLC is dedicated to helping organizations create meaningful and engaging workplaces by equipping managers and employees at all levels with the tools and behaviors needed to drive results. This mission is grounded in over 30 years of experience in higher education and organizations. Brenda earned her Ph.D. in Workforce Development and Education from The Ohio State University with a research focus on creating a culture of engagement. She has extensive knowledge in instructional design for both in-person and virtual learning environments. Known for delivering impactful, learner-centered presentations, she creates experiences that are not only engaging but purposefully aligned to achieve desired learning outcomes.
