In an IBM study, the majority of the 1500 CEOs surveyed identified ‘creativity’ as the most important leadership quality. Add to that the fact that ‘creativity’ in leadership is one of the most deficient skills in the workplace today…. There is a gap that needs to be filled. This workshop is centered around stimulating creativity in the workplace. It is also focused on influencing others with a creative approach.

Learning objectives:

  • Learn to tap into the creative side of leadership
  • Understand how to become a more productive leader
  • Acquire the skills necessary to influence others
