The advent and fallout of the global pandemic have vastly altered the rhythms of the modern workforce. And yet while businesses of today are marching onward into a new world, one thing has remained unchanged: the crucial need for innovative and human-centered thinkers.

In this particular time of crisis, the all-encompassing skill of Human-Centered Thinking (or Design Thinking) will not only drive innovation, but arm a workforce with the necessary tools to thrive both today and into the future.
This workshop is delivered virtually by ExperiencePoint-trained facilitator, Marvin Dejean, and guided by ExperiencePoint's proprietary simulation, giving you the opportunity to actively engage in learning and to get hands-on application with the tools of human-centered design.

Over the course of this immersive workshop participants will learn:
- The human-centered design (HCD) process and which types of problems it can help solve for
- How to use an empathetic, user-centered mindset to understand problems in order to generate innovative solutions
- Ideation and the refinement of concepts for solutions
- How to test and validate solutions to identify the ones that are likely to produce desired business outcomes
Practices such as unbiased observation, engaging extreme users and putting oneself in the mindset of a beginner and just a few take-aways from this program. In short, human-centered training opens its practitioners up to a world of emotional intelligence, arming them to collaborate, communicate and innovate alongside future-facing workforces and the customers of tomorrow.

About the facilitator
