    Me again, I hope I'm not taking away the thunder of the upcoming networking LNL.  I'm on a webinar covering the Deloitte Human Capital Trends.  One trend was Stability - balancing the Stability our teams want with the Agility our companies need.  It brought me back to the conversation we had yesterday afternoon in our breakout about how we tell our teams we need them to be clay and the need to develop M shaped people (https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/m-shaped-orchestrator-how-build-talent-advantage-ai-era-dr-laura-weis-l0jve/).  What's worked best for you all to get people out of their comfort zone? Or to get leaders to get their teams out of their comfort zone? (I said I'm going to ban the response "I'm going to wait until things slow down.")
