Leah has 30 years of diverse experience in training and development. She earned her degree in Occupational Training & Development. Her experiences include development & facilitating training for the Department of Army family member programs, the coordination of continuous educational seminars, the writing & facilitating of medical, technical training as well as facilitating train the trainer seminars. Leah has worked at Balluff, Inc for 10 years and is responsible for internal training and development, coordinates the sales training program as well as new employee orientation/onboarding. Leah has been involved with GCATD for 18 years.
