Amanda graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Psychology and an emphasis in Organizational Psychology in 2006. Directly after graduation she entered the work force in her first role as a career coach for those in the social services industry.

Amanda’s passion for career coaching and focus on that element of Talent Development never ceased and, 9 years later, she achieved the highest certification in Talent Development – Certified Professional in Talent Development, an internationally recognized certification from the Association for Talent Development covering 11 areas of expertise.
