TED talks are more popular than ever. Why? It turns out that there is a specific formula taught to TED presenters that gives the short presentations great power and influence. Come to learn how to give your presentations that extra element that engages your audience and causes them to spread and take action on your message. We will have a richer discussion if you can do the following prior to the meeting:

1) Read this blog post that contains the formula for an effective TED Talk: http://philpresents.wordpress.com/2012/03/12/how-to-make-a-great-ted-talk/

2) Select one of the videos on this list (http://blog.ted.com/2011/06/27/the-20-most-watched-tedtalks-so-far) and watch it. Be prepared to comment on how it got (and kept) your attention.

Registration Deadline: December 3
