Learning Leaders Forum: Key Trends Transforming the Training Industry

Happy New Year to All GCATD Learning Leaders! Welcome to the start of another exciting year of mutual learning among your colleagues in the learning profession.

Another year is well underway and now is a good time for Learning Leaders to reflect on recent trends and forces for change that are affecting the training and development field. Our January meeting is devoted to keeping current by exploring what these trends are and how they could or should impact what we are doing in our organizations as we embark upon the year 2015. Are there new approaches and opportunities we can harness for better results? Are there cutting edge technologies we should be investigating for our use? We will discuss these and other questions at the next Learning Leaders Forum.

We will also take a few minutes to finalize our agenda of monthly topics for the remainder of our meetings through May. Please come prepared to share topics that you would be interested discussing with your peers in the profession. We are intent on delivering high value for the time spent at our monthly events. This is your opportunity to influence our agenda to best meet your individual needs.
