GCASTD Consultants Forum
Forum meetings focus on topics relevant to participants, workplace learning and performance, general business related issues and work/life balance. Some meetings are open discussions. Others have a focused topic including book discussions or with a subject matter expert, often a Forum member.

For 2015, the Consultant Forum theme is “Solving (Your) Problems.” Each month, the meeting will focus on a specific problem or issue brought forward by one of the participants. Through questioning and comments, the group will then help to think through the problem and offer possible solutions.

Last month, one of our members described her situation, leading to a rich and fruitful discussion. All participants had a chance to stretch our coaching and consulting muscles in exploring how she might proceed. Hopefully, she found the experience useful.

For February, we look to repeat the process. So, please come to the meeting prepared to discuss a business challenge that the group might help you address. All discussions are confidential.
