The chances are, you develop and deliver good, high-quality training. But what does it take to make the learning really stick?

Often, despite all the efforts by the learning and development teams, new training programs become viewed as just the latest “flavor of the month.”

At the next chapter dinner meeting, we’ll explore strategies you can implement immediately to boost the impact of your learning programs with guest facilitator, Annette M. Brown.

Learning Objectives:
  • Explain the difference between “good” and “great” training
  • Explore pre-, during and post-training impact opportunities
  • Identify 5 strategies for boosting learning impact and creating sustainable learning in your organization
