About Linda Gravett, Ph.D., SPHR, CEQC
Linda is from Gravett and Associates, co-author of Bridging the Generation Gap, will discuss enhancing communication across the five generations in the workplace and share her extensive research on the youngest generation at work: millennials. Two of her clients will discuss their best practices for working across generations. Plus a panel of students and young professionals from different organizations will discuss tailoring activities, such as onboarding, performance management, and setting expectations for different generations.
