Consultants SIG: Business Model for Consulting -- How to run a Consultancy Like a Business

While consultants are all about helping people, in the final analysis, consulting is a business. 

Independent consultants are small business owners, though may not be fully clued into effective business practices that will help them to thrive. 

To begin 2016, the January session of the Consultants SIG will focus on some of those good business practices to help fill this gap. Please come to share and learn.

SIG meetings focus on topics relevant to participants, workplace learning and performance, general business related issues and work/life balance. 

Some meetings are open discussions. Others have a focused topic including book discussions or with a subject matter expert, often a SIG member.
