  • The purpose of the OD SIG is to provide discussion and learning experiences for OD practitioners and change agents who have the passion and perseverance to make organizations better.

Change Management is not a matter of simply following steps, no two changes are exactly alike. In the next meeting, the group discusses the following issues we experience when we're faced with change:

  • Following a recipe for change management is insufficient to drive business results. 
  • The right approach will be specific to the situation. 
  • If you do not understand the why behind your actions as a Change Management Practitioner changes can fail even when a reputable change management process is followed.
