Coaching Forum - Internal Coaching Cases And Questions: An Open Discussion

Coaching Forum attendees have asked to share ideas and learn from others about what you are doing in your organizations to ensure great coaching engagements. The goal of this session is to stimulate high-level conversation around 1) general questions about internal coaching, and 2) difficult coaching cases or situations you might be facing.

We’ll start by throwing out for discussion some questions brought up at the last session:

• What does "great" look like for coaches - what attributes make a coach great at coaching others?
• How is performance measured / ROI measurements?
• What assessment tools are coaches using effectively?
• What policies do organizations have with regard to coaching?
• What difficult coaching situations are coaches facing / how are they handled?

Bring your great ideas and any questions for a lively, learning filled exchange of ideas. A light dinner – sandwiches and salad – will be served. We look forward to seeing you on June 16!
