About the Panelists
Greg Goold
Greg has spent nearly 35 years in Talent Development, including technical training, job skill training, management and leadership development across a variety of industries, including software development, higher education, insurance and financial services.
Most recently he was Director of Talent Development and Learning at Paycor. He is currently the founder of Arrow Talent Development. Arrow focuses on improving the leadership practices of individuals and organizations. The programs under his responsibility has received the ATD BEST and Brandon Hall HCM Excellence awards.
Dan Link
Dan is the Director of Talent Development at Senneca Holdings and is a Certified Purpose Guide with The Purpose Promise. Over his 14-year career he has led teams in operations, sales, and a line of business, transitioning into his passion in talent development and coaching. He is a member of the employer advisory board for GCATD as well as on the board for Xavier University’s Mentoring Program, while also serving as a mentor.
Michele P. Miller
Michele is Sr. HR Operations Manager for the Recruiting Operations Center PNC Bank. This group manages the administrative hiring process which includes assessments, relocation, recruiting administration, and pre-employment screenings such as fingerprinting, background checks, and credit screenings: everything that happens from job offer to actual start date.
Michele has been with PNC for 31 years and spent the first part of her career managing a Retail Branch and most of her career in Learning and Development in roles such as facilitator, instructional designer, project manager, consultant, and manager. Although she was recently promoted to her new role, she is still passionate about L&D and helping others to determine their passion.
Michele is currently Past President of GCATD after serving multiple years as a Chapter volunteer as President, VP of Professional Development, and more. She obtained her BA in Mathematics from the University of TN, Knoxville and two Masters Degrees (MA, Adult Ed & MBA) from the University of Phoenix Online. Michele enjoys teaching Bible Classes at her church as well as singing, crocheting, traveling and reading.
